How often does an item need to be calibrated?

We recommend the calibration frequency to be no greater than 12 months.
 

How long does the warranty last?

For new products, warranty lasts 12 months and for repaired products, 3 months from date of return (repair only).
 

How long does it take to get an item back after it has been repaired or calibrated?

We aim to dispatch repairs within 10 working days and calibrations after 5 working days from receipt of order confirmation.
 

What is the biggest size Transducer you can calibrate?

Internally we calibrate up to 28,000 Nm however for larger sizes please get in touch with us.
 

What is the smallest size Transducer you can calibrate?

1 Nm.
